Amazing Success Story on”Team Building and Management at Work Place” 3 days training conducted By Vigo Business Consulting in collaboration with PMI

Today is a very proud moment for me and I would like to thank to almighty and everyone who have played a greater role in my success especially my family, friends, my University Professors from IQRA, SZABIST, NUST, LUMS and American University and my mentors as well as my colleagues and students from Islamic and NDU, and our clients and collaborators in Trainings ECO Postal Staff College and Pakistan Manpower Institute.

I always believed that doors of success will be opened for me and I kept on working hard and just gave my best and have always been very passionate about my work and wish to enhance my learnings.

I designed the whole training program ” Team Building at Work Place” and did a lot of research and learned a lot during the process and delivered 4 sessions my self and one Session was delivered By Sir Zafar Siddqui who presented excellent session by sharing his Government Sector experiences as well as Harvard Business School and Surrey University.

While delivering the session i realized i had a chance to deliver my message to masses as it was like whole Pakistan all government departments’ honourable senior officers were there for three days for our trainings.

I emphasized during discussions that in order to build trust among team members they need to first kill the negativity and to kill that the only way is use positivity and when any team member performs well it should be acknowledged. I also brought their attention on this point that instead of having any kind of complaining attitude they should go back and start changing their own departments by utilizing best what they have already? One example i gave from everyday life was about a mother who has to cook for her children she never complains if anything is missing she just tries her best to make tasty food from whatever is available in her kitchen. Things can be improved all they need to change is their attitude. I focused on the point that in order to build effective team they must respect their team mates , embrace change and technology.I have also successfully introduced them “Personality Tests “how to access personalities of their own and others that will help them using right team mates for right jobs and roles.
